FREE sample WW2 lesson Plans and resources to
support the use of our WW2 artefact box
and zoom sessions
Our WW2 Topic Box has a strong writing focus based around a fictional family called the Howarths from some real photographs of a family from the Second World War discovered in a 1940s sweet tin. We thought it would be a great way to keep the memories of this anonymous family alive and also to inspire pupils to write about the kind of lives they may have lived. These free WW2 teaching resources can be used in any order and we have refrained from giving you a scheme of work for that reason (as we know you, as teachers, will know the best way to use them to suit your pupils' needs).
